Return Policy

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction with your dRA order. Therefore, merchandise that is in saleable condition with all original tags attached with original packaging will be accepted within 14 days of the receipt date. However, we reserve the right to deny a return if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.  All sale items are final.

Please note our online return policy applies only to orders placed on our website. Items purchased at other retailers or promotional events are not eligible for a return.

Also, dRA is not responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you send the package back to us with a traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us because we are not responsible for missing packages.

Making a Return

  1. You must have a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number, e-mail hello@draclothing.com and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
  2. Write the return authorization number on the box clearly.
  3. Pack and securely seal the merchandise(s) along with the receipt.

Returns are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email once your credit, excluding the original shipping costs, is processed.

Unauthorized Returns

Any merchandise returned to dRA without a return authorization number will incur a non-negotiable re-stocking fee at 30% of the cost of the merchandise ordered, excluding tax and shipping. To request a return authorization number, please see above ‘Making a Return’ steps.

Exchange Policy

dRA Clothing cannot process exchanges. If you would like to swap a style or get a different size of the same style ordered, please follow the return policy and place a new order on draclothing.com

Returns for Phone Orders & Special Orders

We do not offer returns or exchanges for phone orders and special orders.
